Christopher Scott
Owner / Principal Agent
Chris was born and raised in Arlington, Texas. As a proud Texan, he built a company for Texans that understands that residents can face hurricanes, floods, hail, and tornadoes – all in the same season. He also understands that every home, family and individual have different insurance needs, and each policy is reviewed thoroughly and customized to fit those needs. Not only that, being an independent agency that can write over 30 main insurance carriers, Texas Edge can offer the best coverage at the lowest prices.
Chris enjoys charity work and is a former board member of the Arlington Life Shelter. He likes to spend time with his wife and two children. Chris has a Six Sigma Green Belt, a Bachelors degree in Chemistry and a Masters degree in Management.
Jamie Casarez
Office Manager / Licensed Agent
Jamie has been a licensed agent since 2012 and has been an invaluable part of the Texas Edge team. Jamie handles claims and makes sure our renewals and servicing run smoothly. Jamie is a dedicated worker and will continually go above and beyond to make sure our clients get the very best. In her free time, you can find her spending time with her husband and three children, adventuring with friends, doing all things music and bringing true kindness back into the world.
Gladiola Quinones
Service Manager / Licensed Agent
Gladi serves as the backbone of Texas Edge since near the very beginning, creating processes and procedures throughout that ensure each of our clients gets the best coverage for the best rate. Gladi is thorough and meticulous and you will find her doing the vast majority of the policy submissions. Gladi has been in insurance since 2016 and in her free time you can find her baking cheesecakes and other amazing desserts.
Dakota Cummins
Insurance Specialist / Licensed Agent
Dakota is a seasoned agent that knows the ins and outs of our many carriers. She is knowledgeable in all things personal lines and is persistent in getting the best rate for the best coverage. Going on year four with Texas Edge, she has plans of protecting as many families as possible. She enjoys true crime novels, hiking out in the wilderness, and raising her four boys.
Isabel Chavez
Renewal Specialist / Licensed Agent
Isabel serves as the main person for keeping all of our clients with the best rates and coverage year after year. As our renewal specialist, she will look out for ways to save or to re-shop our clients when necessary, and handle all of the transition without a hiccup. She will move mountains to ensure our clients get the best. She is currently in school for a degree in IT.
Angela Mascorro
Customer Service Representative
Angela is the definition of calm, cool and collected and works hard to ensure our clients get fast and accurate service. She often stays late to ensure everything is complete and is very much valued for her work ethic. She is a licensed cosmetologist. Outside of the office you will find her styling and cutting hair, spending time with family and friends, and singing.
Susan Veatch
Office Assistant
Susan joined Texas Edge straight out of retirement from PepsiCo, where she spent nearly two decades ushering in new products from PepsiCo headquarters. She is extremely thorough and hardworking, and serves the agency very well behind the scenes. When she is not working, Susan enjoys retirement with her dog Cooper as they both watch Texas Longhorn sports.
Andrew Lindsey
Office Assistant
Andrew remains a key person in ensuring timely servicing turnarounds. His behind-the-scenes efforts ensure that our clients get quick and accurate information about quotes, renewals, or policy changes. When he is not working Andrew keeps busy with Tennis, studying math and science, and performing student council president duties.
Karissma Quinones
Research Specialist
Karissma is one of our primary carrier and coverage research specialists. She is skilled in finding our clients the best rates and coverages. She also works with our Renewal department helping secure premium savings for our current clients. In her free time, she likes to paint, draw, code, and watch her favorite T.V shows. In the future, she plans to attain a degree in Computer Science.
Freya McDonald
Data Specialist / Technical Specialist
As our data specialist, Freya provides invaluable support to the team by managing everything data related. From running reports, to quote research, to website design, Freya seems to do it all with ease and a smile on her face. Freya's constant, positive energy is also contagious throughout the office. When Freya is not kicking butt at the computer, she is encouraging her two kiddos and husband.
