Chris was born and raised in Arlington, Texas. As a proud Texan, he built a company for Texans that understands that residents can face hurricanes, floods, hail, and tornadoes – all in the same season. He also understands that every home, family and individual have different insurance needs, and each policy is reviewed thoroughly and customized to fit those needs. Not only that, being an independent agency that can write over 30 main insurance carriers, Texas Edge can offer the best coverage at the lowest prices.
Chris enjoys charity work and is a former board member of the Arlington Life Shelter. He likes to spend time with his wife and two children. Chris has a Six Sigma Green Belt, a Bachelors degree in Chemistry and a Masters degree in Management.
Dakota Cummins
Insurance Specialist / Licensed Agent
Dakota is a seasoned agent that knows the ins and outs of our many carriers. She is knowledgeable in all things personal lines and is persistent in getting the best rate for the best coverage. Going on year four with Texas Edge, she has plans of protecting as many families as possible. She enjoys true crime novels, hiking out in the wilderness, and raising her four boys.
Susan Veatch
Office Assistant
Susan joined Texas Edge straight out of retirement from PepsiCo, where she spent nearly two decades ushering in new products from PepsiCo headquarters. She is extremely thorough and hardworking, and serves the agency very well behind the scenes. When she is not working, Susan enjoys retirement with her dog Cooper as they both watch Texas Longhorn sports.

As our data specialist, Freya provides invaluable support to the team by managing everything data related. From running reports, to quote research, to website design, Freya seems to do it all with ease and a smile on her face. Freya's constant, positive energy is also contagious throughout the office. When Freya is not kicking butt at the computer, she is encouraging her two kiddos and husband.
